BERLIN- Worcester Prep’s boys’ varsity basketball team didn’t miss a beat after a long break, beating Chincoteague, 55-49, at home on Senior Night on Tuesday.
The Mallards last played on January 20, a 58-51 win over Gunston, before embarking on winter break. Back in action on Tuesday, Worcester beat Chincoteague, 55-49, in the first of two meetings between the two schools. The Mallards finish the regular season with Holly Grove and Salisbury School next week before the ESIAC tournament later this month.
