Gateway Grand Marks ‘Topping Out’

OCEAN CITY – The Gateway Grand hosted a “Topping Out” party last Friday at the project’s construction site located on the oceanfront at 48th Street. With its construction process more than half complete, The Gateway Grand has entered the home stretch toward its projected summer 2008 completion.

“Topping Out” is a traditional celebration within the real estate industry that marks the completion of the highest point of a new building.
