Lorraine Hope Neil
OCEAN PINES – Lorraine Hope Neil, age 78, died Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.
She was the daughter of the late Charles and Flora Thacker Meeds. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph E. Neil, Sr. in 2003 and by her daughter Bunny Dunion in 2000.
She is survived by a son, Ralph E. Neil, Jr. of Smyrna, Del.; a daughter, Melanie Neil of Ocean Pines; two grandchildren, Dallas Neil and Jennifer Dunion; one niece; and one nephew.
She had been a telephone operator with ICI of America later Azteca Pharmaceutical of Wilmington.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at 8 a.m. at the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin. Interment will follow at noon in Gracelawn Memorial Park in New Castle, Del. Donations may be made to Coastal Hospice, PO Box 1733, Salisbury, Md. 21804.
BERLIN – Paul Keiser, 63, of Selbyville, died Monday, April 12, 2010 at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin.
He was born in Baltimore and was the son of the late Edward and Wilda (Barrett) Keiser.
He had been a transportation director for Giant Foods. He was a US Navy veteran of Vietnam and a member of American Legion Post 195 in Baltimore. He was also a Mason and a Shriner.
He is survived by his wife, Dayna M. Keiser of Selbyville; two sons, Michael Keiser of Hanover, Pa. and Daniel Keiser of Baltimore; a daughter, Melissa Juliano of Lewes, Delaware; a brother, Michael Keiser of Reisterstown, MD; a sister, Iris Rent of Salisbury; and two grandsons, Braydan Keiser and Nate Juliano.
Services and burial will be held at a later date.

Raymond R. McHenry
BERLIN – Retired Colonel Raymond R. McHenry died at his home on April 2, 2010, at the age of 86, surrounded by his family and friends.
Ray, or "Colonel Mac", had lived in Ocean Pines since 1970, enjoying hobbies of golfing, reading, going to the beach and traveling the world on many cruises. He served on the Ocean Pines Board of Directors from 1986 thru 1992 and on various committees.
He flew as a navigator during World War II, in the 29th Bomb Group, 314th Wing, 20th Air Force. After the war, he continued in the Air Force Reserves while also working, starting a family, and attending night school, earning a degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting. He was recalled to active duty for the Korean War and remained active throughout the Vietnam War, until his retirement in February 1970 as the Base Comptroller at Dover AFB.
After retiring from the Air Force, he worked for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority in Philadelphia.
He is survived by his children, Susan McHenry/husband Ron Callis of West
Ocean City, Randy McHenry/wife Tommie of Haughton, La., Carolyn Berkowitz of San Diego, Calif., Rick McHenry/wife Cathy of Hubert, N.C., and Patrick McHenry/wife Karen, of Moyock, N.C.
He had 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many dear and special friends including Donna Lovell of Berlin and Martin and Barbara Price and Art Carmine of Ocean Pines. He was pre-deceased by a daughter, Jean McHenry Evans of Elysian Fields, Texas; son-in-law, Ken Berkowitz of San Diego; grandson, Tommy Corbin of Hubert, N.C.; former wives Imogene Fallen McHenry of Bossier City, La., Alice Way McHenry of Ocean Pines; and his loving traveling companion of 10 years, Lady Gay Hodgkins of West Palm Beach, Fla.
A graveside ceremony and burial will be held on Monday, Aug. 9 at 1 p.m. at Arlington National Cemetery. There will be a celebration of his life at his daughter Susan’s West Ocean City home on Sunday, Aug. 8 at 6 p.m., to which family and friends are cordially invited.
