New Agent Joins Firm

BERLIN — Sheppard Realty Inc. of Berlin recently welcomed new agent Gussie Sholtis to its sales team.

Sholtis comes to Sheppard with nine years of real estate experience selling Ocean City, Berlin and the surrounding areas. She has resided in Berlin for the past 17 years and offers expertise in residential sales and great knowledge of the Berlin area and the beach.

Office Announces Additions

SALISBURY — Dean Cottrill, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB), has announced that Realtors Holly Campbell and Charlene Reaser have joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Salisbury.

Campbell provides real estate services in Maryland and Delaware. Reaser is licensed in Maryland and serves as a marketing director and client-care coordinator for Campbell.

Monthly Leaders Named

OCEAN CITY — The Mark Fritschle Group of Condominium Realty, LTD recently announced at its January sales meeting the company’s sales, settlement and listing leaders for December 2012.  

Kevin Decker was the top listing agent and top settlement agent for December and Sheri Smith was the top selling agent and producing agent for December.

Surf Shop To Open

OCEAN CITY — Ron Jon Surf Shop will open its 11th location in Ocean City in May 2013.  The 6,500 square-foot location will be situated in a new shopping and dining area two blocks from the beach in Ocean City at the 67th Street Town Center.

Ron Jon Surf Shop currently operates stores throughout Florida and in other locations along the eastern seaboard including two in Myrtle Beach and its original location in Ship Bottom, N.J.

"We are thrilled to expand our brand to the Ocean City area," said Debbie Harvey, president and COO of Ron Jon Surf Shop. "The area has long been a popular destination for East Coast residents seeking a beach getaway and we feel that a Ron Jon store will be well received by visitors."

Top Agents Honored

BERLIN — Hileman Real Estate, Inc. announced its top agent for 2012 was Bethany Drew of the Power of Two Team along with her business partner Terri Bradford.

The Power of Two Team has consistently been in the Top 10 in Sales Volume for the Coastal Association of Realtors for the past several years, according to the local multiple listing service.

Additionally, Hileman announced Sales Manager Sharon Curtiss received the Coastal Association of Realtors’ 2012 Realtor of the Year Award.

Top Producers Awarded

BERLIN – ResortQuest Real Estate recently announced the December top producers for its southeast Sussex County, Del. locations.

Tammy Hadder and Anna Meiklejohn of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office received top honors as top listing agents for the month of December.

Other top listing volume awards for individual agents by office were Pam Pridgeon of the Bethany Beach office;  Cindy Spieczny of the West Fenwick office; Steve Alexander of the Edgewater/Sea Colony office; and Tabatha Moore of the Village at Bear Trap Dunes office.

William Hand of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office received top honors as top sales agent for the month of December.
